We tell the powerful story of how Corebridge makes it possible for more people and institutions to take action in financial lives – for their own and on behalf of others. Our team designs and executes advertising programs, internal and external communications strategies, and client and prospect engagement programs to showcase who Corebridge is to our customers, distribution partners and employees. Our team oversees brand positioning and strategy, digital and social media, employee and executive communications, media relations, industry research and thought leadership, product marketing, customer regulatory communications, and social impact and sponsorship programming.

About The Role

We’re seeking a Content Creator to strengthen our digital presence through impactful brand advertising and engaging content. This role will combine creativity, strategy, and analytics to build awareness, drive conversions, and ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop paid search & advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to create high-impact paid strategic campaigns (programmatic, display, CTV, and search ad) that drive awareness, conversions, and web traffic

  • Develop ad & digital content
  • Write, edit, and publish content for ad campaigns and digital content that aligns with the brand voice, tone, and compliance standards

  • Develop strategies to support brand reputation
  • Support digital content strategy to increase visibility and organic (non-paid) traffic including optimizing pages/social for SEO/SEM and ensuring authority in search engines

  • Evolve search & content strategies for AI
  • Integrate AI opportunities into content development and search strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and support online brand reputation

  • Collaborate across teams
  • Partner with creative, LOB marketing, digital, analytics, and communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging and measure impact of content performance

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Digital Media, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in content creation, SEO/SEM, or brand marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone difference audiences with a B2B focus
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization best practices
  • Experience managing digital content calendars and delivering against deadlines
  • Experience in brand advertising campaigns (life insurance, annuities, financial services, or highly regulated industries preferred)
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), paid media campaigns, and analytics reporting
  • Ability to interpret data to improve advertising and website content
  • Creative problem-solver  with an eye for detail and design alignment
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability work with cross-functional teams (design, compliance, product)
  • Comfort with emerging AI tools and adapting content strategies to new technologies

Software Proficiency

  • Content Management Systems: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, or similar platform
  • SEO/Analytics Tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Conductor, Mox, or similar
  • Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic/display platforms, and paid search tools
  • Creative Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for light creative editing
  • Collaboration & productivity tools: MS 365 suite, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
  • AI content tools: Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Jasper, or equivalent experience a plus

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX, office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
