CBA Design is an international creative agency specializing in strategic branding and part of the

global communications network WPP. With nine offices worldwide, we work in close collaboration across disciplines to continually expand our design capabilities and impact. As creatives, we believe that the future is collective and we understand design as a global language that connects like-minded people.

Today, we are looking for an exceptional Brand Designer to join our team in Barcelona and help us to design meaningful brands. The goal of this position is to keep alive the creative excellence of the agency by bringing their unique style and visual voice to each design challenge. Restless, driven and with a strong strategic mindset. They will be working efficiently across large visual identity systems to ensure that there is consistency across all design touch-points and the work is true to the briefing objectives.

What you will be doing:

  • Pursuing an exceptional level of craft with the highest design standards and attention to detail.
  • Creating work that helps to tell a project’s story and be an advocate for exceptional design.
  • Developing visual identity systems, turning abstract concepts into stunning realities.
  • Working on design projects that solve problems across a variety of industries and markets.
  • Supporting the strategic team in reviews and contributing with feedback on the work.
  • Collaborating with designers from different backgrounds and expertise to enrich your proposals.
  • Confidently presenting your work in front of clients, articulating design decisions with clarity.
  • Managing your time and priorities; providing accurate time estimates for work.
  • Inspiring with innovative ideas, resources, and references to push our creative boundaries.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Good understanding of building brand design ecosystems.
  • Always a step ahead of the latest trends. Staying up to date on design best practices.
  • Proactive, self starter, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of creativity and strategy.
  • Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and AI

Tools.

  • Strong communication, visual presentation and planning skills.
  • Open minded, inspiring, flexible, empathic, collaborative and a team player.
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.

  • Full-time contract.
  • Hybrid model (2 days/week remote).
  • Dog friendly office.
  • 22 days of holidays + Easter + Christmas.
  • Fridays afternoons off.
  • Working hours until 15h during July and August.
  • Flexible salary compensation plan (meals, transport, training, and others).
