Position:

Brand Correspondent

Position Summary:

Lumeris is redefining how healthcare is delivered with Tom, our AI-powered Primary-Care-as-a-Service (PCaaS) platform. As Tom expands nationally, the way we tell our story—and the stories of the physicians, partners, and patients who experience its impact—has never mattered more.

We’re looking for a Brand Correspondent who can help shape how Tom and Lumeris show up in the world. This role blends reporting, content creation, social strategy, and on-the-ground storytelling. You’ll work directly with leaders across communications, brand, marketing, product, and clinical teams to capture meaningful moments and turn them into narratives that elevate understanding of who we are and the future we’re building.

Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Execute the brand content calendar across social, video, and emerging channels with a focus on clarity, consistency, and momentum.

  • Capture and produce short-form video—thought leadership clips, event recaps, customer-site stories—with minimal setup and fast turnaround.

  • Serve as Lumeris’ brand correspondent: attend internal and external events, leadership meetings, tradeshows, and customer visits to source content, interview stakeholders, and craft public-facing stories.

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including publishing, community engagement, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.

  • Partner closely with Product, Events, Creative, Communications, and Clinical teams to uncover story opportunities, schedule interviews, and ensure brand alignment across all channels.

  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, views), surface insights, and recommend iterative improvements to strengthen our presence.

  • Stay ahead of social trends, new formats, and emerging tools; support experimentation and channel pilots as we scale our brand footprint.

What You Bring

  • ~5 years’ experience in content, social, video, brand, or journalism roles—ideally within B2B tech, health tech, or similarly complex environments.

  • Proven ability to shoot, edit, and publish short-form video using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, or Photoshop.

  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to interview, distill, and translate insights into compelling narratives; experience acting as a “brand journalist” or correspondent is ideal.

  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, and X, plus familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms.

  • A self-starter mindset with comfort operating in the field, working with limited setup, and executing rapid-turnaround content.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, including partnering with senior leaders or subject-matter experts.

  • Ability to manage multiple short-cycle content projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or health tech.

  • Prior work capturing content at events, tradeshows, or customer sites.

  • Basic design ability in Canva or Figma; familiarity with livestream or multi-camera setups.

  • Awareness of HIPAA and compliance considerations when producing content in clinical settings.

Why This Role Matters

This is a high-impact position at the intersection of brand building, storytelling, and industry transformation. You’ll help define how Tom—and Lumeris—communicate innovation, partnership, and real patient impact. Your work will shape external perception, elevate our leaders’ voices, and strengthen how customers, partners, and the healthcare industry see the future of AI-powered primary care.
