The Brand Content Senior Advisor is responsible for strengthening the organization’s global brand by establishing a differentiated portfolio of brand content and assets that creates awareness and builds long-term brand equity for Baker Hughes in established and emerging markets.
As a Brand Content Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing campaign content
Leading the development and production of brand content to build brand equity and increase market awarenessKey responsibilities include content scoping, creative oversight, budget management, and performance tracking.
Maintaining dashboards and reporting mechanisms to evaluate brand content effectiveness.
Partnering with sales and commercial teams to support strategic, holistic brand campaigns with unique content that creates brand awareness and enhances the company’s reputation across multiple markets around the world.
Collaborating within the BMEC team and across the company to ensure brand content relevance across multiple market-specific situations and challenges. Create specific content to support key region- or segment-specific issues.
Partnering with and direct internal creative teams (designers, copywriters) and external agencies to develop campaign content that is visually striking, relevant, and on-brand.
Building and executing rich go-to-market plans that deploy rich content across various channels—including social media, web, email, and events—to ensure a unified brand experience.
Collaborating on plansand schedules for content delivery to ensure campaigns launch on time and on budget.
Supporting the company’s positioning in a new competitive space
Helping develop and execute multifaceted marketing campaigns, incorporating the messaging and rich content that demonstrates Baker Hughes’ leadership in rewriting The Energy Equation. All campaign content will build on the corporate personality, brand pillars, and visual identity to establish and reinforce our brand positioning in a new competitive space.
Use datadriven insights to evaluate brand content effectiveness success of campaigns by measuring metrics such as impressions, customer awareness and engagement, and share of voice
Optimizing content creation based on feedback and performance data to improve future results
Collaborating with the thought leadership team to develop strategic campaign content (white papers, pitch decks, etc.) to introduce the brand into new and emerging markets like data centers, mining, and utilities
Studying new markets to understand target audiences, customer personae's, behaviors, unmet needs, and competitor positioning and apply those learning to create unique, relevant content.
Ensuringall content aligns with the overall brand while supporting application-specific messaging and goals.
Supporting strategic business priorities
Incorporating the brand strategy and narrative into ongoing work related to the Six Strategic Priorities and brand campaigns
To be successful in this role you will:
8+ years of experience in digital strategy and channel management
Proven experience with digital strategy, website architecture and cross‑functional stakeholder management
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and written communication skills
Strong curiosity about new ideas and how things work together
Website development and content appreciation
Understanding of the importance of storytelling on the web
Strong project leadership and cross‑functional collaboration
Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling frameworks
