What a Brand Communication Expert does in Pluxee team:

  • Design, implement and optimize brand communication campaigns, special projects and content in line with the global brand guidelines, to drive awareness, engagement, and valuable contribution to the performance marketing campaign.
  • Is an expert in all things related to brand consistency, storytelling and channel optimization, audience segmentation, analytics and meaningful measurement.
  •  Manage relationships with the creative and media agencies regarding brand communication initiatives.
  • Design and implement internal communication tactics aimed at increasing brand advocacy within the organization: internal newsletters, presentations, activations etc.

 

You also will:

  • Implement and coordinate brand communication tactics or one-off initiatives, monitor them and propose optimization actions if needed.
  • Develop or review communication campaigns deliverables and content materials and when needed, develop content for specific brand interactions with internal audiences (for example write speeches, presentations, in-house campaigns).
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand consistency, along all strategies, tactics and deliverables involving brand exposure & presence.
  • Identify new potential brand communication opportunities and activations, develop projects and negotiate terms and conditions of their development to enhance positive brand experience.
  • Identify brand-building areas, providing insights to management regarding digital / offline campaigns and communication trends.
  • Use customers insights, market data and research data to develop brand campaigns and related content strategies.
  • Offers brand expertise/consultancy for reviewing and approving, engaging content that is presented with pristine grammar, using TOV appropriate language. Assures differentiation compared to the competition.
  • Assist in development and refinement of uniform graphic standards, by providing design direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company.
  • Participate in contracting of content, creative and media providers, such as external consultants, advertising / creative and media agencies.
  • When collaborating with external agencies, provide clear direction, analyze & validate proposed strategy & operational plan, control execution and performance, reprioritize tasks and deliverables as needed, manage project budget;
  • Works closely with company's Product and Regional Digital Hub teams on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message and visibility across channels (this includes but is not limited to providing feedback on the briefing of external agencies and on creative directions, involvement in campaigns implementation).
  • The role collaborates internally with different departments like Sales, Customer Experience, PMO, and HR;
  • Manage budget for brand related tactics;

 

Because you have:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication Science, Journalism, PR, Media;
  • Min. 5 years of experience in communication and brand management, dealing with a wide range of campaigns for businesses activating in multi-stakeholder arena (B2B, B2C, B2M);
  • Track record in bringing brand activities to the next level of performance through innovative creative concepts and media buying strategies delivering business results impact;
  • Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics and editorial and copywriting skills.
  • Experience in defining, setting relevant brand KPIs and tracking progress combined with data literacy and analytical skills. Ability to transform data into insights for brand communication campaigns;
  • Campaign planning and management, and budgeting;
  • Successful experience in working with agencies;
  • Internal communication experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in English and Romanian.
