Job Description
Support end-to-end innovation and marketing initiatives by identifying market trends, driving ideas from concept to launch, and ensuring product and brand fit with target audiences through close collaboration with marketing, design, and commercial teams.
WHAT YOU"LL DO:
- Identify and analyse market trends.
- Support in managing the innovations projects from Idea to launch stage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product initiatives, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and Commercial teams to ensure cohesive and integrated brand campaigns.
- Assist Brand Manager in tracking and analyzing the performance of brand initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Understand & enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency and integrity across all brand communication touchpoints.
- Manage Marketing related projects with external agencies end to end from briefs to execution.
