Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate creation and approval of promotional materials aligned with brand strategy and compliance standards.
- Manage internal and external submissions of promotional content and ensure timely production and delivery each cycle.
- Support planning and execution of scientific events, ensuring documentation, approvals, and timely closure in internal systems.
- Monitor field execution quality and provide guidance to ensure consistent brand implementation.
- Update brand and patient trackers regularly, generating market insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Oversee PSP and Navigation program activities, ensuring timely delivery, process optimization, and budget adherence.
- Manage A&P tracking, consolidate brand scorecards, and support cross-functional collaboration to drive brand performance.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Administration or Marketing.
- One to two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
- Experience using customer relationship management platforms such as Veeva.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities.
Desirable Requirements
- Understanding of the oncology market and evolving treatment landscape.
- Knowledge of digital tools and strong project management, analytical, and presentation capabilities.
