We are seeking a talented individual to join our Brand, Partnerships and Internal Communications team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


The Brand and Sponsorship Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and administration of brand initiatives and sponsorship programs across the Pacific region. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving brand engagement and operational excellence through seamless sponsorship activations and effective communication.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage sponsorship logistics, merchandise coordination, and event support in collaboration with sales, broking teams, and facilities across states.

  • Oversee operational administration including purchase order management, invoice processing, shared inbox and calendar coordination.

  • Coordinate legal and compliance approvals, digital publishing submissions, and maintain content on internal platforms such as intranet and job boards.

  • Maintain and update sponsorship registers, collate event feedback, and support reporting on sponsorship data and spend.

  • Serve as the primary contact for merchandise suppliers and manage merchandise requests and queries across the Pacific region.

  • Govern the Cvent sponsorship platform, liaising with approvers and global iProcurement teams to ensure smooth sponsorship processes.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in sponsorship and event coordination with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in operational administration including PO management and shared inbox handling.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate approvals and manage digital content platforms.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, LinkedIn monitoring, and project management software.
