Be our brand advocate inside the affiliate, with key distributors and with media partners using great interpersonal skills to trigger enthusiasm for our brand (conduct frequent staff trainings and refreshers, showcasing drink strategy via moments of conviviality, organizing internal events etc)
Advocate as an Ambassadorial role in the trade, host mentoring/training activities based on activation plan & customer needs
Assist Brand team on developing assets and tools (Drinking strategy /tasting notes/food pairing/drinking rituals/new drinking experience)
Identify collaboration opportunities (out of home channel), incl. event sponsorships, IPs, and co-branding partners, etc. Recruit & convert Key influencers and target consumers through trial & brand education, with deep understanding of consumer insights
Responsible for observing and reporting new trends in the industry and competitor activities to the Brand Teams, in particular by maintaining a social media monitoring of our brand and relevant trends and following offline category consumption trends.
Support prestige portfolio L3F activations, including channel consumer insights exploration, development of visibility & in-store activations.
Business Development
Assist commercial team in new outlet list-in, outlet relationship maintenance and sales goal achievement.
Grow strong relationship in core set of influential accounts (per target account list) and increase brand share of voice.
Leverage communities of Brand Ambassadors/bar tenders /gate keepers to increase brand advocacy.
Optimize visibility and identify opportunities (e.g., new outlet, in-store communication); assist sales team with store merchandising, etc
Seek relevant opportunities for brand activation – trade associations, relevant events etc.
Events
Act as host and support trade shows, activations and large-scale trade events based on brand activation calendar.
Assist in planning and execution of key local/ ad hoc events.
Reporting
Provide monthly recap of all activities to manager with KPI monitoring.
Account development and menu placement reporting (sales).
Monthly catch up with brand company to report market’s trends in the on-trade community and exchange brand owner resource etc.
Requirements:
At least 3 years work experience in bartending, wine & spirits
Native / Fluent in English
Ability to work independently and plan time/activities to meet set goals (KPIs)
Ability to manage and track budgets to perform to goals (KPIs)
Training/public speaking/presenting skills
Event planning knowledge
Ability to design presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
