Your mission

In close collaboration with the Sales, Digital Marketing, and e-retail teams, within their scope, the role involves:

  • Contributing to the development of the local marketing strategy
  • Adapting the brand/franchise/range’s target consumer and healthcare professional profiles to the local market, defining their journey, and translating this into a local marketing plan to drive sales
  • Being responsible for the deployment of the omnichannel marketing activation plan within their scope, and ensuring its proper execution in coordination with field teams
  • Ensuring the consistent and accurate local implementation of the brand/franchise image and values
  • Contributing to the definition of the overall brand/franchise strategy by providing insights and feedback from the local market
  • Supporting the definition of the digital strategy, in alignment with corporate digital guidelines, and ensuring strong return on investment
  • Measuring the performance of omnichannel marketing action plans and recommending improvements
  • Contributing to the development and monitoring of departmental budgets and performance indicators

Who you are ?

Strategy & Vision

  • Define the brand positioning, product roadmap, and marketing plans (short / mid / long term)

  • Identify growth drivers (innovation, line extensions, new channels)

Business Management

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (sales, market share, sell-in/sell-out, ROI)

  • Develop forecasts and manage the A&P budget

  • Lead product launches

360° Activation & Execution Excellence

  • Deploy omnichannel plans across pharmacy, e-commerce, and medical prescription channels

  • Ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints

Digital & Media

  • Design and lead the digital strategy (social media, influencer marketing, e-retail)

  • Manage media campaigns (online and offline) with a strong ROI-driven approach

  • Leverage data (digital performance, consumer insights) to optimize activations

Profile

  • Strong business and results orientation

  • Excellent command of marketing, digital, and media levers

  • Ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution

  • Leadership, influence, and ability to manage complex projects

KEY SKILLS 

Education: 

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional training in Marketing will be considered a plus for candidates whose basic training is in a different field. Master´s degree is a plus 

  • Proficiency in market and competition analysis tools or past experience with analysing data 

  • Past knowledge of B2C media management is a plus 

  • Experience in coordinating with media agencies and suppliers. 

  • Skills in budget management and ROI analysis. 

 

Experience: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the beauty or dermocomsetics  sector. Previous experience as a Brand Manager, Product Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, or in positions related to brand management and activations. 

 

Languages: 

  • Advanced command of English and French.

 

Computer skills: 

  • Proficiency in office tools and digital platforms (market analysis tools, social media management, etc.).
