Experience and skills requirements: 
- Possessing a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Economic, Management or a related field preferred. 
- Analytical skills to process data and information. 
- Strong Microsoft office skills.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible, with a proactive approach to task management.
- Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to quickly identify solutions to problems and flawlessly diffuse issues.
- Medical knowledge is a plus, verbal English and communication

Descriptions of Job duties: 
- Assist in all operational functions, including inventory account, facilities management, compliance, internal training 
- Support the Diag Branch Operations team to develop and increase operational efficiency.
- Assist in tracking the project progress and report status to stakeholders.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data related to projects, consumer behavior, competitors.
- Prepare weekly reports on operational status such as: revenue, customer experience.  
- Communicate and collaborate directly with branches and various departments on daily operations. 
- Handle issues related to customer experience and complaints at branches. 
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the branch is functionable and presentable.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, introducing the department's processes, policies and tracking newcomers’ induction training program. 
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
