Responsibilities:

  • To meet Sales and AR plans 

  • To explore new markets for additional growth . 

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. 

  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across all client interactions. 

  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management. 

  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.

  • To maintain ethics and compliance in the branch. 

  • To motivate and recognize the sales team to achieve better business results. 

  • To ensure statutory compliance of the branch are met according to the local government requirements. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Technology, Marketing, or related field. 

  • Minimum 15 plus years of experience in sales, preferably in apparel accessories or interlining. 

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software. 

  • Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and interlining applications is a plus.
