In the frame of advancing sales growth in retail stores, offer knowledgeable guidance to discover ways to add further value, and deliver an effortless sales experience in retail stores.
Nurture and grow customer relationships, providing excellent service.
Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
Process orders accurately and coordinate timely product delivery.
Attentively oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock in the store.
Prepare sales reports and gain insights from team achievements.
Find thoughtful solutions for customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
Contribute to store operations and support merchandising efforts.
Guide and support team members in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years experience in welding, customer service, or retail.
Computer experience or basic knowledge of SAP.
Minimal travel required for training purposes.
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
Bachelor Degree in Business Management or a related field.
Prior management experience is preferred.
