About the role:
As the Branch Manager of our Ballarat branch, you’ll lead a well-established key rural location that provides services across Merchandise, Agronomy, Fertiliser, Livestock, Wool, Real Estate, Insurance and Finance. In this important role, you’ll drive business growth, lead a high performing team, and make a meaningful impact across the local agricultural community.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll take the lead in building strong relationships with local producers while driving sales across agricultural products and merchandise. You’ll mentor, support, and develop your team to deliver professional, efficient, and high-quality service - both in store and out in the field.
This important role is fundamental to our part in supporting our clients and community in this productive mixed farming zones. The Ballarat Branch works closely with producers, helping them manage their winter cropping, horticultural production, grazing and hay production systems backed by an experienced agronomy team. The branch has an experienced livestock team who support clients with all aspects of sheep, cattle and wool production.
