Location: Smith&Smith Hamilton - Te Rapa
Hours: 40 hours rostered across the week (Monday - Sunday)
About You:
You’re an experienced professional with a strong background in autoglass or a related customer-facing operational role. Ideally, you’ll bring:
At least 3 years’ experience as an autoglass technician, including repair, replacement, and ADAS recalibration — or equivalent experience in an operational or customer service role within the autoglass or similar industry.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into clear, actionable steps.
A solid understanding of Safety, Health, and Wellbeing practices, with a track record of applying them effectively in line with company policies.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and a shared understanding across your team and with customers.
Team-building experience, with a focus on leveraging diverse skills and perspectives to achieve shared goals.
Commercial awareness, using your knowledge of the industry and market trends to help drive business success.
A clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
