  • Location: Smith&Smith Hamilton - Te Rapa

  • Hours: 40 hours rostered across the week (Monday - Sunday)

About You:

You’re an experienced professional with a strong background in autoglass or a related customer-facing operational role. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as an autoglass technician, including repair, replacement, and ADAS recalibration — or equivalent experience in an operational or customer service role within the autoglass or similar industry.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into clear, actionable steps.

  • A solid understanding of Safety, Health, and Wellbeing practices, with a track record of applying them effectively in line with company policies.

  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and a shared understanding across your team and with customers.

  • Team-building experience, with a focus on leveraging diverse skills and perspectives to achieve shared goals.

  • Commercial awareness, using your knowledge of the industry and market trends to help drive business success.

  • A clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.

  • Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
