Bill Gosling Outsourcing (Trinidad) LimitedCleaners work to ensure that public or private spaces are kept neat, tidy, and sanitary. They use a variety of equipment and cleaning supplies in order to ensure that their job is done effectively. They do everything from mop floors and wash windows to sanitize areas and food prep spaces.What You'll Do:
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, emptying garbage, cleaning employee lunch room and glass offices etc.)
Required to escort on site vendors.
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Operation of heavy equipment specific to certain elements of the cleaning required within the facility
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Refilling soap, toilet paper dispensers and stock/maintain supply rooms
Required to create and maintain various facilities reporting logs
Follow all health and safety regulations
Able to work with little to no supervision
Champion company core values and other company programs
Other duties as assigned
Experience
1 year experience within a janitorial role
Previous exposure with cleaning and upkeep of an office and/or industrial facility.
