Qualifications: In order to qualify for this position, you must possess the Minimum Qualification requirements listed below: Specialized Experience: In order to be rated as qualified for this position, we must be able to determine that you meet the minimum qualification requirements - please be sure to include this information in your resume. For GS-14: You must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 level that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity as indicated by the following examples: experience in technical and administrative supervision of electronic theory technicians; experience evaluating and performing technical analysis of electronic, computer and electro-mechanical equipment and systems; experience developing policy and providing leadership and management direction to develop standards and procedures related to remote sensing and fire weather support technologies; experience initiating, administering, and managing all associated Cooperative Agreements, Interagency Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding for services; and experience coordinating an annual budget and administering federal government contracts. Merit Promotion candidates must also meet Time-in-Grade requirements by 03/30/2026.
