ROLE SUMMARY

The Branch Account Manager oversees the back-office operations of a specific branch belonging to a broader district group. Their responsibilities can vary depending on the size and scale of the supporting branch. This individual reports directly to the corresponding District Account Manager with a dotted line to the Local Branch Manager of the supporting branch. They act as the primary liaison between field ops and corporate and are responsible for operational efficiency, customer, and employee experience related tasks. This is a customer facing role requiring the ability to handle phone calls in a controlled and compliant environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling and Coordination: You may be responsible for scheduling appointments for pest control services, ensuring that technicians are dispatched efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Handling inquiries from clients, providing information about services, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer information, service history, and billing.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Managing accounts receivable and past due customers, updating accounts to reflect accurate balances and clearing out coupons.
  • Filing and Organizing: Keeping reports organized and up to date, which may include spreadsheets, data exported from CRM or database.
  • Data Entry: Entering information into computer systems, including customer details, service reports, and financial data.
  • Communication: Coordinating with field technicians, management, and customers via phone, email, and possibly in-person.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail are also critical for success in this role.
