The Business Performance Services (BPS) department within GBS Enterprise Services was created to deliver services internally to Pfizer colleagues and divisions that help create room for meaningful work. By delivering our services with high performance against the Five Points of Value (i.e. optimal cost, quality, compliance, client experience, and business impact), we help colleagues spend more time focusing on their missions; all in support of breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. The services our team delivers include, data analytics, translations services, creative, training & development, contingent labor, et. al. We have a variety of vendors who provide these services; however, we have an opportunity for more formal, aligned, disciplined, and governed management of their performance and strategic alignment with the business in order to execute and promote this work.
This role requires an experienced Creative Services Lead with a primary focus on the Creative Agency service line within the BPS PfizerWorks team who will be accountable to help stand up and lead Creative Services for PfizerWorks. This role oversees Creative design, production, and print across many areas of our business services while optimizing supplier performance against the Five points of Value (FPV). The individual will be responsible to drive global creative content strategy (non-CMO) in a highly regulated business environment. The Creative Services Lead needs to have strong knowledge of Pfizer brand and regulatory compliance, as well as industry terminology, execution and stakeholder management experience. This individual will need to have a strong understanding of creative design, production and print processes as well as applications to determine best-in-class solutions.
This position will report solid line into the BPS PfizerWorks Lead.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner cross-functionally with business user group stakeholders (e.g., Clinical, Commercial, Corporate Affairs, and Digital teams) and Pfizer enabling functions to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Manage/Oversee end-to-end creative design, production, and print services to optimize Five Points of Value (e.g quality, costs, compliance, client experience, business impact) while ensuring alignment with Pfizer brand standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Implement workflow automation and migrate to creative technologies (e.g., Adobe suite) where appropriate to enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance.
- Develop and execute a strategic guidance framework to help Pfizer colleagues identify and select the most effective creative solutions for their business needs.
- Champion enterprise-wide adoption of creative design, production and print best practices to ensure global content accessibility and brand consistency.
- Define and track success metrics to measure business impact, cost savings, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with the CMO Agency Production team to support as they deploy best in class marketing strategies.
- Educate stakeholders on the value of our Training Design & Development service line with a focus on educational materials.
- Identify areas of opportunity to expand our business process support and virtual administration services for streamlining internal operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of bachelor’s Business or a related discipline
- Working understanding of Creative Marketing, Print, Promotions, Technology, Business Development
- Ability to collaborate with functional leaders
- Ability to identify new opportunities
- Understanding of technical process flows and tools
- Strong business operations acumen. Prior experience as a SME in Creative Marketing.
- Adapt to changing priorities and comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Stakeholder relationship building abilities, negotiation & influencing skills.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 7-10 years in Creative Marketing Services, Print and Production.
- Proven experience in Creative design, production, and print best practices within global enterprise, healthcare, pharma, or medical device industries.
- Strong knowledge of brand and regulatory compliance along with industry terminology.
- Understanding of Localization, Transcreation of Translations, Language Service Providers, Machine Translations & Interpreting, Translation Memory, Project Management, Operational Excellence, Vendor Management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with 1) business stakeholders and digital/IT partners; 2) product and content designers and usability experts, 3) legal, regulatory, and quality assurance teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Academics Preferred: Masters inbusiness administration or an equivalent qualification.
- Preferred Disciplines: Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Operations, Consulting.
