Position Responsibilities:

  • 1. Based on the business development requirements of the institution's bancassurance and cooperative channels, formulate the annual internal and external training plans and organize their implementation.

    2. Meet the training needs of external cooperation channels, develop high-end courses, and implement them.

    3. In accordance with the human resource development requirements of institutional bancassurance and cooperative channels, organize training for sales personnel at all levels within the company to enhance their capabilities.

    4. Be responsible for the recruitment and training of senior new recruits for channel institutions' bancassurance and cooperative channels.

    5. Assist and cooperate with the headquarters in the construction and promotion of the curriculum system. If there are subordinates, it is necessary to cultivate, build and manage the part-time lecturer team.

    6. Promote the launch of new products and be responsible for their daily training and packaging.

    7. Conduct training compliance management in accordance with regulatory and internal management requirements of the company;

  • 8. Fulfill the training capabilities and work requirements set by the head office's bancassurance and branch channel managers.

    9. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1. Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in insurance and training.

    2. Experience in training foreign banks or large client sales is preferred

    3. Proficient in operating OFFICE computers, capable of skillfully handling Excel and creating slides.

    4. Strong teaching and course plan writing and development capabilities

    5. Possess excellent organizational skills and good communication and coordination abilities. Work seriously and responsibly, be meticulous and efficient, have a good attitude, be good at learning, have strong communication and expression skills, and be highly committed.

    6. Have a certain ability to read and write in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1. Annual APE plan achievement rate;

    2. Implementation and teaching of various internal and external activities;

    3. Construction and development of key courses;

    4. Cultivation and improvement of sales personnel's capabilities
