To act as a Business Partner for BPA within a country, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting financial planning and analysis activities for consolidation of Global support functions (GSFs) in Development
- Support insightful analysis on costs and FTEs for monthly closing activities, Outlook and risks and opportunities assessments
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of leadership reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
- Participate and collaborate closely on optimized reporting process improvements and automation initiatives across GSFs
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision making
- Support Master data set up and integrity for all GSF
Essential Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
- 6–10 years in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or BPA roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, high adaptability and pro-activeness for timely support and improvements
- Expertise in SAP BPC and advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Power BI)
Desirable Requirements
- Exposure to global finance operations and managing global stakeholders
- Experience in digital finance initiatives and automation projects
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry financial processes.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change effectively
