Responsible for short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations. This includes: -Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.) -Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.) -Financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities. -Responsible for collaborating with various functions within the organization to support decision-making, providing financial insights and advice on market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios, and setting performance metrics to drive profitability and growth. -Collaborates with accounting in preparation of month-end accruals and reserves.

The Operator, Business Planning & Analysis provides entry-level support to the BPA team. This role is responsible for assisting with basic financial tasks, such as data entry, financial report preparation, and gathering information for forecasting and budgeting purposes. As a Representative, you will handle specific tasks, applying your knowledge to support business operations and contribute to operational efficiency within defined procedures.
Specifics include:
• Assist in data collection and preparation of financial reports for the BPA team.
• Provide administrative support for financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Help maintain financial databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare basic financial summaries, including revenue and expense reports.
• Assist with preparing financial documentation for the monthly financial close process.
• Support the team in the preparation of variance analysis and help track financial performance.
• Participate in team meetings to learn about financial analysis processes and provide additional support where needed.
