Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for advanced and specialized boiler operations and maintenance necessary to ensure effective facilities operations within a healthcare environment. Responsibilities include boiler preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and facility/equipment inspection. This position also supports other facilities associates, projects, and activities based on organizational needs.Responsibilities And Duties:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Demonstrated competency in safe and efficient operation of high-pressure steam boilers through experience and state licensing requirements. In depth understanding of steam systems and associated equipment. Feed water treatment and testing protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Experience in electronics and controls automation system operation and troubleshooting.
