Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Integration team in the United States. This position will supporting Global Technical Operations (GTO) Field Operations Team. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work with Senior and Executive Leadership and be responsible for designing Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives. Position can be located in either Jacksonville, FL, Mesa, AZ, Hazelwood, MO, Plano TX, San Antonio, TX, and Charleston, SC

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for designing Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives.  

  • Combines skills, best practices and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes. 

  • Assist with developing and maintaining Program data architecture 

  • Develop Analytics Solutions 

  • Automate data flows

  • Assist with development of automation tools to reduce transactional waste 

  • Support process changes 

  • Identify areas of improvement throughout the Function 

  • Integrate with multiple functions and Senior Leaders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 

  • 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or related field

  • Experience using Tableau, Power BI or other analytics tools to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and VBA Macro

  • 1+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit teams

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field 

  • Experience in an aviation maintenance or manufacturing environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse

  • Critical thinking and solution oriented 

  • Good Communication Skills 

  • Experience with SQL and data quality dashboards/analytics 

  • Skilled in creating leading indicator metrics

Summary pay range: $92,650 – $134,550
