Paint and Preparation:

• Prepare trucks for painting, including sanding, masking, and surface preparation.

Sanding and Repair Preparation:

• Sand and prepare truck surfaces for repair work, ensuring proper readiness for refinishing or part replacement.

Parts Replacement:

• Replace components ranging from minor to major truck parts, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Tools and Equipment:

• Utilize personal tools as needed; company-provided equipment will be available for larger or specialized tasks.

Qualifications:

Transportation and Work Ethic:

• Must have reliable transportation and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Prior body shop experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and CSA regulations is highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Work Environment:

• Ability and willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to weather elements.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Compensation:

• Pay is based on experience:
  • Level 1: $21–$23/hour
  • Level 2: $24–$26/hour
  • Level 3: $27–$29/hour
