Priority Ford in Norfolk is looking for a driven, experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our high-volume collision center. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to run an efficient shop, deliver top-tier customer service, and keep techs motivated and productive, this is the opportunity for you.
Oversee daily operations of a busy collision repair center
Lead and develop technicians, estimators, and support staff
Manage workflow, repair quality, and cycle times
Ensure proper estimating, parts ordering, and repair planning
Build strong relationships with customers and insurance partners
Maintain safety, compliance, and top-tier CSI
Drive profitability while delivering exceptional repairs
Proven experience running or assisting in running a collision/body shop
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of DRP relationships, estimating systems, and repair processes
Ability to manage throughput, productivity, and quality
Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency
