Priority Ford’s Body Shop in Norfolk is looking for an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our high-performing collision team. If you’re detail-focused, customer-driven, and confident working with insurers and technicians, this is a great opportunity with a company built on growth and stability.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet customers and assess vehicle damage
• Write accurate estimates using CCC One or similar software
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters
• Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation
• Ensure a smooth and transparent repair process for every customer
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience as a body shop estimator (dealership or independent shop)
• Strong understanding of the collision repair process
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, organized, and dependable
