Bodily Injury Compliance Advisor

Temporary position for 12 months

Do you have a deep understanding of bodily Injury?  Are you a self starter who works well independently and with little direction?  If so, consider an opportunity as a compliance advisor. As an AB/BI compliance advisor, you help improve and upgrade quality assurance tools and update and standardize claims and client experience policies. You analyze and help diagnose issues, provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules, and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You help develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You share ideas and help improve the client experience, control leaks, and reduce claims costs by drawing on your extensive knowledge of your line of business and ability to manage complexity. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Update audit tools used to reduce settlement costs and evaluate how claims are handled

  • Review claims, identify shortcomings, prepare reports and recommendations, and advise on how to implement recommendations

  • Help prepare and update competency plans to address issues. Help analyze and standardize the way claims policies are applied. Help develop work tools, methods and processes

What you bring to the table  

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field  

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
