About the role
The Boatman is responsible for safely transporting and assisting guests during boat rides, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience on the water. In addition to boat-related duties, this role supports the Front Office team by preparing tour amenities, maintaining bicycles for guest use, and upholding the cleanliness and organization of the boutique shop. A strong focus on guest service, safety, and teamwork is essential to uphold the resort’s service standards.

Schedule & Hours:
· This is a full time position
· The position requires full schedule availability although may be asked to work other shifts, based on business volume.
