Global Payments Integrated is looking for a Client Support Specialist based in the Lindon, Utah office. This role will work with sales to verify information and submit merchant applications to the underwriting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, data entry skills, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Receives and enters all information for completion of processing applications
Acts as communication liaison between sales, underwriting and the merchant
Prepares applications for the merchant's completion (signatures, etc.)
Returns packages with all documentation needed for Underwriting
Communicates with the merchants to gather information needed (phone and email)
Other duties such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, promoting and selling products/services, and/or entering or confirming sales
Requires general knowledge of company, products, and/or services to answer questions.
May assess merchant needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services
Experience:
Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Task oriented and able to handle multiple projects and processes
Attention to detail and high accuracy when entering data
