BAYADA is launching a new school-based ABA program in Neptune, NJ, and we’re seeking full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs®) who are passionate about supporting students in a public school setting. This is a unique opportunity to help build, shape, and grow a program from the ground up—while working for a mission-driven, non-profit organization that truly puts clinicians first.

Position Details

  • Location: Wall, NJ (school-based services)

  • Schedule: Full-Time

  • Setting: Public school environment


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)

  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Lead group supervision and professional development sessions

  • Ensure compliance with BACB® ethical and professional standards

  • Promote a culture rooted in compassion, excellence, and reliability


What We’re Looking For

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the BACB®

  • New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain prior to start

  • Experience in pediatric and/or school-based ABA settings preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

  • Comfort with technology and data-driven decision-making

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and high-quality clinical care
