We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join Intel as an Exempt Admin Contract Employee. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the ODM operation in NPI and HVM ramp support to meet customer delivery. Your contributions will directly impact Intel's ability to deliver innovative solutions and maintain operational excellence, making you a valued member of our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide debug support on PCBA/Board Level and System Level debug during NPI and HVM builds.
  • Deliver Response Flow Chart (RFC) and Technical Training (PCBA and Platform Level) to ODM to ramp up their products knowledge.
  • Provide re-screening and testing of production failed part for re-inventory.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports on the Debug WIP and documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Manage ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

You should possess a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in hardware/board debug/manufacturing. Additional qualifications include:

  • Good debugging skills, ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause and apply corrective actions.
  • Familiar with debug tools and equipment like oscilloscope, protocol analyzer etc.
  • Knowledgeable and experience in scripting like Python is a Plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
