About the Role:
This role is part of our Maker Program, an 18-month rotational experience designed for early-career talent looking to build foundational skills across marketing, creative, and consumer-facing functions.
As a Blog & Editorial Content Maker, you'll be the voice behind content that gets readers hooked from the first sentence. You'll create timely, culture-forward blog content that reflects Tubi's personality: sharp, curious, and always in on the conversation. This is a role for someone who lives online, knows what's trending before it peaks, and can turn a great idea into a story readers actually want to finish.
You'll work closely with B2C and B2B teams to develop content that drives engagement, deepens audience connection, and sends viewers straight to their next Tubi rabbit hole.
What You'll Do:
- Write and publish engaging, on-brand blog content rooted in entertainment, pop culture, and streaming trends
- Develop story angles that connect Tubi's content catalog to what audiences are watching, talking about, and searching for
- Adapt ideas across formats (long reads, listicles, cultural moments, franchise deep-dives) based on what best serves the story
- Collaborate with Consumer Product Marketing to support content launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments
- Monitor culture, social, and entertainment news to identify timely content opportunities
- Use AI tools to brainstorm, research, write, and accelerate content production without losing the Tubi voice
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence while managing multiple stories at once
What You'll Learn:

Who You Are:
- Up to three years of combined professional experience, including internships
- A natural writer with a distinct voice and a love of pop culture, film, TV, or streaming
- You know what's trending and more importantly, you know why it's trending
- Able to hook a reader in the first sentence and keep them reading to the last
- Comfortable moving swiftly, pitching ideas, and iterating based on feedback
- Organized enough to manage a content calendar without dropping a deadline
- Genuine enthusiasm for Tubi and the audiences who love it
Nice to Have:
- Experience running a blog, newsletter, Substack, or social content channel
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, or similar)
- Exposure to SEO best practices and content performance metrics Interest in or experience with AI writing and research tools

Program Eligibility Requirements:
- Application Deadline: May 15, 2026
- Program Timeline: Minimum 18-month commitment, starting Aug 2026, after which successful participants will transition into non-rotational full-time roles
- Work Schedule: Full-time, hybrid in Los Angeles with office day requirements. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
- Work Authorization: Must have U.S. work authorization; we are unable to sponsor visas for this program
- Committed and available to work for the entire 18-month length of the program
About the Program:
The Tubi Makers Program offers an immersive journey through the Tubi Marketing and Creator ecosystems, blending hands-on project work with cross-functional rotations. Participants will join a cohort of new hires AKA Makers and gain a well-rounded perspective of how we connect with audiences by working alongside dedicated mentors and contributing to various departmental initiatives.
By the end of the program, you will:
- Navigate diverse marketing and creator functions by rotating through different teams to see how an idea moves from a concept to consumer.
- Build a toolkit of skills through direct participation in real-time projects and team-based assignments, with a particular focus on building with AI tools.
- Expand your professional network by collaborating with mentors and peers across the organization to better understand Tubi’s unique brand culture.
