Business Unit Overview
Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) manages $96 billion across a diversified set of businesses. We strive to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our clients across market cycles. Our strategies include Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy, Total Portfolio Management, and Public Real Assets.
Product Management Team Overview:
Within BXMA, the Product Management team sits at the intersection of the investment and client-facing organizations and serves as the firm’s center of excellence for investment product content, spanning strategy, system and execution. The team partners closely with various Investment teams, Client Investment Strategy, and Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) to shape how our strategies are understood, positioned, and delivered to the market.
The Product Management is responsible for the development, governance, and continuous enhancement of all client- and prospect-facing investment materials — including marketing presentations, portfolio and performance reviews, recurring and customized reporting, due diligence questionnaires, and responses to analytical and product-related inquiries.
The team operates in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Success requires combining deep investment knowledge with execution excellence to ensure that all externally facing product content is analytically rigorous, commercially aligned, and delivered with exceptional quality and precision.
Role Overview – Associate, Product Management
The Associate will support Product Management on BXMA’s investment platform, working on one or more product verticals to deliver high-quality client and prospect-facing materials. This role plays a critical part in executing the team’s mandate by responding to client inquiries, producing analytical outputs, and developing client service and marketing content that accurately and effectively represents the firm’s strategies.
Associates are expected to build strong foundational product knowledge over time while developing the analytical, communication, and project management skills required to support both commercial and investment stakeholders.
Key dimensions of the role include:
Client Service and Marketing Support – Responding to a wide range of client and prospect inquiries by producing timely, accurate, and well-structured materials.
Content Development & Production – Creating and maintaining client- and prospect-facing materials, including marketing presentations, portfolio review decks, and customized presentations.
Reporting & Analytics – Producing recurring and ad-hoc reporting deliverables, including performance summaries and portfolio analytics.
Execution & Delivery – Managing assigned deliverables from start to finish, ensuring outputs are completed accurately and delivered on time.
Quality Control – Maintaining a high standard of quality across all outputs, including numerical accuracy, formatting precision, and visual consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working with Investment, Sales, Client Service, Operations, and Compliance teams to gather inputs, validate information, and ensure deliverables meet both business and regulatory requirements.
Learning & Development – Building foundational knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and performance drivers.
Role Requirements & Success Profile
Experience & Professional Background
- 2+ years of experience in investment management, investment banking, financial analysis, reporting, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Exposure to financial markets, portfolio analytics, or client reporting preferred
- Experience working in a deadline-driven, high-output environment is a plus

- Basic understanding of investment concepts, including performance measurement, benchmarks, and portfolio construction
- Comfort working with data sets, reporting tools, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Translating data into clear and structured outputs

Expected annual base salary range:
$120,000 - $150,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
