Job Description and Responsibilities:

BXCI is seeking a motivated professional to

join our office in Miami as an Associate. This professional will primarily focus on due diligence efforts to support current and prospective investors. This role provides an opportunity to help drive growth in perpetual funds across BXCI and collaborate closely with key groups in the firm, including the investment team, office of the CIO, operations, finance, legal & compliance, and Blackstone’s Private Wealth business.

As a member of the Perpetual Fund Solutions (“PFS”) team, this professional will work directly with the PFS team based in New York, Miami, and London. The PFS team focuses on BXCI’s perpetual credit offerings, including Blackstone Private Credit Fund (“BCRED”), a continuously offered non-traded BDC, Blackstone Secured Lending Fund (“BXSL”), a publicly traded BDC, and Blackstone Private Multi-Asset Credit and Income Fund (“BMACX”), BXCI’s first private multi-asset credit interval fund. This professional will also support the growth of perpetual products which may be launched in the future.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Investor Due Diligence: Drafting written responses to investor queries, due diligence questionnaires, and RFPs to support active capital raising, and ongoing investor updates
  • Project Management: Effectively communicating with colleagues across Blackstone’s business functions and executing on project timelines with attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Collaborating across various internal groups
  • Product Knowledge: Proficiency in offerings across BXCI’s platform
  • Marketing Materials: Working collaboratively to create and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting, and other investor communications

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have sound judgment and demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and time management skills, the successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ year of professional work experience
  • Prior work experience in investor relations, finance, communications, accounting, paralegal work, or consulting is preferred
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Operate with the highest degree of professional integrity, motivation, and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; writes effectively and produces visually appealing presentations
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills

Expected annual base salary range:

$145,000 - $150,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
