About the Role
Bree is seeking a data-driven, analytical, and proactive Business Operations Analyst (BizOps Analyst) to be a core driver of efficiency and scalable growth. In this role, you will optimize key business processes and turn raw operational data into actionable insights. You will serve as a key operational and analytical resource for the executive team, directly contributing to our hyper-growth environment by ensuring operational excellence data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Business Operations & Reporting: Drive executive clarity by diving deep into the data and finding opportunities and improvement areas, then quantifying the financial impact and evaluating strategic trade-offs for key business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central operational partner, collaborating extensively with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to execute high-impact, growth-driving initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Identify systemic gaps and opportunity areas in our core operations, proactively investigate root causes, and design/implement scalable, automated solutions to drive efficiency and process excellence.
- Special Projects: Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and lead various high-impact projects, managing them from initial research and proposal to full-scale implementation.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g. strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, business development)
- Exceptional attention to detail, capable of translating complex operational data into clear, concise, and actionable findings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all team members and present data-backed recommendations.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive projects autonomously.
- Preferred: proficiency in SQL, prior experience in a fast-growing startup
