In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical, and industrial markets. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. Keys to Success:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience or Master's Degree plus 3 years of sales and/or laboratory/research experience. Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific field.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to develop and maintain deep product and technical knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective at working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% for customer meetings and internal events.
  • Foreign language proficiency may be required for certain regions.
  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Experience with scientific products/instruments preferred but not required.

Compensation

The estimated annualized pay range for this position in Ontario is $57,700.00–$76,900.00.
