Boeing Global Services-Government (BGS-G) Business Integration Office (BIO) is responsible for business/functional alignment, global entity integration, safety & quality, ERP implementation, and process & tool improvements. The BIO Senior Manager will lead project managers and matrixed functional teams to deliver improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency across Government Services. This role partners with U.S. and International business and functional leaders to implement processes and technologies, develop and execute project and process plans, set operational goals, and drive systems- and process-based transformation. The Senior Manager will manage, develop, motivate staff, and maintain stakeholder partnerships.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Government Services leaders to improve organizational efficiency and operational excellence via systems, tools, and processes
  • Lead integration of programs, strategies, processes, and metrics to enable business objectives and measure progress
  • Drive innovative ways of working that engage a globally distributed workforce
  • Identify and lead special projects and major process improvement efforts to increase affordability and efficiency
  • Prepare executive briefings and lead responses to senior leadership data calls

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 7+ years applying Program Management Best Practices or in roles requiring strong project/program management skills
  • Experience leading through influence with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience working with geographically distributed workforces
  • Experience building, developing, and promoting talent while championing new ways of working aligned to Boeing values

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Contracts, Estimating, or Supply Chain, providing functional expertise to manage diverse and complex topics

Summary pay range: $178,500 - $241,500
