Job Description:

The opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled 3ds Max Animation and Rendering professional with strong BIM knowledge to create high-quality visualizations, walkthroughs, and animations from BIM models. The role bridges design visualization and BIM coordination, supporting architects, engineers, and stakeholders.

How you'll make an impact:

• You will create high-quality still renders, walkthroughs, and fly-through animations using 3ds Max.

• You will apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera setups. You will use rendering engines such as V-Ray / Corona / Arnold.

• You will optimize scenes for performance and render efficiency. Post-process renders using Photoshop / After Effects.

• You will produce visuals for marketing, presentations, and design reviews.

• You will work with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC.

• You will convert BIM models into visualization-ready files.

• You will ensure LOD compliance (LOD 300–500), coordinate with BIM teams to maintain accuracy and standards.

• You will support clash detection and visual coordination. You will maintain BIM and visualization libraries.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical, Civil or mechanical engineering.

• Should have minimum work experience of 8+ years in BIM Processes.

• Solid understanding of BIM workflows, knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP models.

• Ability to read construction drawings.

• You must have Knowledge & Skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Photoshop, After Effects, AutoCAD.

• Preferred knowledge and skills in Unreal Engine / Lumion / Twin motion.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
