About the role

We’re looking for a Gotransverse Functional & Support Lead to become MYOB’s in‑house expert for our new Gotransverse (GTV) billing ecosystem. This role exists at the heart of our transformation as we retire our legacy billing system and embed Gotransverse as the central engine connecting Salesforce (CRM) and Workday (ERP).

You’ll be the functional owner, process thinker and design authority who ensures our Order‑to‑Cash processes are seamless, scalable and future‑ready. Working across billing operations, finance, technology, and product teams, you’ll shape how new products are billed, guide system design decisions, and make sure upstream and downstream functions stay aligned.
