Fully Remote. Monday- Friday 8-5pm

Pay Range

$25.30 - $37.95

Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions and e-learning modules on both technical and soft skills related to revenue cycle operations.  
  • Deliver training using established curriculum, materials, and standardized workflows to support accurate, consistent, and high-quality instruction and to support staff development.  
  • Provide direct support to learners by answering questions, offering clarification, and giving constructive feedback to reinforce learning, understanding, and skill development.  
  • Assist in reviewing, maintaining, and updating training materials based on learner feedback, system changes, and departmental updates to ensure content remainsaccurate and relevant.  
  • Support special projects and workflow transitions as needed, under the guidance of senior training staff or leadership. Assist end users in adapting to new processes, system enhancements, or operational changes.  
  •  ​Maintain a strong foundational understanding of revenue cycle workflows, departmental systems, and core processes to ensure accurate and effective training delivery.  
  • Assist with onboarding new hires by providing operational training, departmental guidelines, and workflow orientation. Ensure new hires are equipped with necessary tools and access (e.g., payer websites, Availity, OnBase, right fax, CPS, SharePoint etc..) to perform their roles successfully.  
  • Provides refresher training when identified as necessary by department leadership to ensure ongoing competency and compliance. 

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • ​​​​​​​​​None Required 

Education Required:

  • ​​​​​High school diploma or GED required.  

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle operations.​   

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • ​​​​Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combining creativity and logical reasoning to troubleshoot issues and drive effective decision-making.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.​  
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing processes, denial management, payer systems, and regulatory compliance.​  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and quick to learn new technologies and systems, with experience using healthcare information systems.​  
  • Quick to learn new technologies and tools, with a proven ability to adapt to evolving systems and processes in support of quality monitoring and operational excellence.​  

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Requires sitting for extended periods while using a computer and facilitating training.​​  
  • May require occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs.) and minimal travel between facilities or departments.​  

Preferred Job Requirements

Preferred Education

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.​
