This opportunity entails providing support to the cash management invoicing function by gathering a variety of expense report data and storing electronically for Project Invoicing Associates to access.

What You’ll Do:

• Obtains and provides expense detail to the cash management team to support the amount billed to clients on their invoice.
• Supports EOCM Leadership with daily functions including logistical elements as well as coordinating and scheduling meetings.
• Provides expense report preparation, back up, and submittal for Office Leaders while also being able to provide answers to any follow up questions from Accounts Payable regarding the expense report.
• Distributes mail, EOCM materials and other correspondence. Orders office supplies and performs other general office functions as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

What We Prefer:

• Basic computer skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Adobe Professional a plus
• Experience with office equipment (telephone, copy machine, scanner, etc)
