As a Billing Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Processing international invoices accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring all billing data is correct and up-to-date.
Investigating and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
Preparing and maintaining detailed billing records and reports.
Collaborating with international departments to ensure smooth invoice processing.
Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding billing and invoicing.
Utilizing billing software, including Legal Tracker, to manage invoice processes.
Providing support to the finance team with various administrative tasks.

Bring experience in a global matrixed organization.
Have strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Have excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Have effective communication skills to liaise with international departments.
Be fluent in English.
Experience with Legal Tracker would be a significant asset.
