The Billing Analyst Junior will join the C2O team to ensure the financial accuracy of contract fulfillment. Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing contract terms and financial data, maintaining precise records, and generating financial reports. The role also involves assisting in the resolution of discrepancies related to customer contracts, billing, and invoicing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and passionate about mastering contract financial management to contribute to streamlined financial operations.
What you’ll do
Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles.
Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Complete customer setups and contract reviews.
Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing.
What experience do you need
High School Diploma.
English proficiency (B2 or C1 level).
Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel.
What could set you apart
Currently pursuing a degree (or possessing a Technical degree) in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven team collaboration abilities.
