About the role
Fully Remote Position: The Account Executive will be responsible for selling LexisNexis primary AI offering for legal research and legal workflows to the law firm market in Quebec, with a focus on firms in the 1 to 10 lawyer sized firms. This role requires a bilingual sales representative that is comfortable communicating with sophisticated parties about software for lawyers.
A background in law and an understanding of the business and practice of law are strong assets as they will allow this individual to understand and relate to customer pain-points that the product solves more easily.
Responsibilities:
· Prospecting and managing the full sales cycle
· Closing business in a variety of enterprise corporate accounts and law firms
· Generating leads to create a pipeline of opportunities and manage the pipeline with the account team
· Collaborating cross-functionally to secure new business and provide input on development of marketing plans and programs
· Identifying business issues within client and prospect accounts to understand solution fit
· Achieving monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals and sales KPIs
· Managing multiple complex sales processes simultaneously
· Articulating the LNIP value proposition with an in depth understanding of solutions to clients and prospects
· Acting as a consultant to identify and quantify customer objectives and offer solutions through our products
Requirements:
French/English Bilingual Fluency
· Be action orientated and target and results driven
· 2-5 years relevant B2B sales experience (inside or field)
· Be able to manage and measure work
· Be able to work collaboratively and works cross-functionally
· Have a proven track record of exceeding targets in new business, in a competitor, complex sales environment
· Have solid communication, skills (verbal, written, negotiation and presentation)
· Be able to identify, understand and translate customer needs into comprehensive and competitor solutions

Canada National Base Pay Range: $72,000 - $120,000 (CAD). Total Target Cash Range: $110,700 - $184,500 (CAD). Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Base Pay Range in Ontario: $70,900 - $120,900 (CAD) and Total Target Cash Range is $122,900 - $172,900 (CAD). Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
