About this Position
We are looking for a Bilingual Trade Resolution Specialist to join our Mutual Fund Department.
Salary range: $43k-$47k
Position Type: Replacement for existing vacancy
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound contact with agents via phone, email to address quality of business issues and deficient trades
- Communicate required corrections, missing information, or documentation needed to resolve deficiencies
- Log all inquiries, agent communication on spreadsheet and matching of responses to the appropriate trades
- Responsible for sending resolved trades to be scanned and returning un-resolved manual trades (kickbacks) to agents via ICS
- Log the status of calls made, emails sent, being resolved or kicked back
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity report for management including Top 10 deficiencies
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education or equivalent knowledge through working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Quick learner and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (excel, word)
