As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a central role in the transformation of our financial system towards a modern .NET Core microservices architecture. This medium-to-long-term project represents a stimulating technical challenge: ensuring the quality of critical data migration, validating the integration of multiple microservices, and guaranteeing the compliance of an accounting system that will serve our internal operations and external clients in the pension and employee benefits sector.

At the heart of an agile team dedicated exclusively to this strategic project, you will not just be an executor - you will play an active role from design through to deployment. Working in agile mode within a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners.

What You'll Do:

  • Actively participate in the Agile development lifecycle to effectively position the testing strategy for the application

  • Perform analysis of requirements and user stories, and produce test documentation/test cases as needed

  • Establish high standards for your own work and ensure high-quality results are achieved

  • Prepare project estimates and project activity schedules as needed

  • Set realistic expectations and manage client and stakeholder expectations

  • Proactively communicate progress, risks, and issues to appropriate stakeholders

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to team process improvements

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality

  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

  • Document and track defects through to resolution

  • Participate in code reviews and planning sessions

  • Stay current with industry trends and testing best practices

What You Bring:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools

  • Knowledge of web and mobile technologies

Assets:

  • Experience in the financial domain
