Haleon is searching for a Bilingual Regional Sales Manager to guide our oral care sales team and foster meaningful partnerships with dental professionals. Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Director, Expert Sales & Marketing, the Regional Sales Manager will drive the growth of Haleon’s Oral Care portfolio by developing strategic territory plans for dental professionals. This role manages and supports a team of oral care sales representatives in Ontario and Quebec while they focus on building strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored, patient-focused sales presentations to dental professionals. With a strong understanding of both Haleon’s products and the competitive landscape, and the ability to coach and develop your team, the Regional Sales Manager will collaborate across teams to achieve our business strategies and ensure exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR Sales & Marketing career. These responsibilities include some of the following…

  • Effectively manage and support a team of oral care representatives across Ontario and Quebec.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of territory business plans and coach individual customer calls aimed at growing the area business.
  • Set appropriate short-term objectives in order to achieve/surpass the annual objectives of the region and Oral Care division.
  • Proactively collaborate with colleagues within the Expert Sales & Marketing team and across the broader organization to continually improve, and successfully execute business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the region through coaching engagements, networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Thoroughly understand Haleon products, strategies, positioning and POA, as well as those of key competitors.
  • Train and coach oral care sales representatives on the Haleon Sales Call Model.
  • Effectively manage a budget and use available resources to create customer and business value.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree – Science or Business preferred
  • Previous sales & marketing experience in a healthcare organization (5 years minimum)
  • Bilingualism Required - Due to the nature of the work tasks, applicants must be bilingual in French and English (written/spoken) to be considered
  • Previous people management strongly preferred
  • Strong coaching ability with well-developed verbal and written communication skills to communicate with structure and clarity
  • Strong listening skills to help provide valuable feedback to your team while also strategically engaging and influencing health care professionals, as well as internal partners
  • Presentation skills – ability to lead sessions with large groups
  • Working knowledge of computer technology, Word, Excel, PPT and agility to learn new programs
  • Ability to travel. Will include overnight travel up to 25%
  • Demonstrated strong communication and the ability to collaboratively work with others and develop effective relationships to create new ideas together to get the best results
  • *Valid driver’s license

*This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company-leased vehicle. However, to be eligible for this position and a company vehicle, Haleon will need to obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and drivers abstract review against its safe driver program requirements.
