As a Bilingual Loss Prevention Representative, you will:
-Play a critical role in connecting customers to new services and protecting revenue losses. Partnering with our U.S.-based sales teams -and occasionally with the end user directly-.
-You’ll review customer credit files and existing account activity to make approval decisions for new service activations.
-We’ll rely on your analysis to spot trends and make sound business decisions that protect the company and our customers from revenue losses associated with fraud and non-payment.
Requirements for this opportunity:
- Native / Bilingual Proficiency- highly fluent (native) in English comprehension, speaking and writing.
- High school education (some college is a bonus).
- 2 years of related experience customer service, billing, collections, loss prevention.
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and all levels of management via telephone, chat, email, and in-person.
- Experience using a Windows-based PC.
You will need to be available to work from our office in Toreo, Naucalpan for a 40-hour shift during our hours of operation – Monday to Saturday, 08:30 AM-07:30 PM. In exchange, we offer:
