What is the opportunity?
As a Bilingual Group Solutions Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the Group Benefits and Group Annuity strategy, deepening the client relationship and supporting our sales partners and Group Annuity B2C (Business to Client) team. We are looking for individuals who will embrace our "Client First" values and goals.
What will you do?
- First point of contact providing support for Group Benefits Clients, Plan Administrators, Plan Members and Advisors for any inquiries on Group Benefits business, providing direction and action in a timely manner
- First point of contact to Group Annuity Clients addressing the needs of the client while applying appropriate processes and procedures
- Research and resolve customer inquiries relating to Group business, triaging calls or emails to other partners as required
- Compliance to assigned work schedule, adhering to service level escalation processes that enables effective call handling and ensuring client availability targets are met
- Committed to ongoing learning of group, annuities, pension and individual products, systems, procedures and providing any insight, feedback and suggestions on process improvements and change
What will you need to succeed?
Must have
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent communication skills/ (written and verbal)
- Experience in a high volume customer service environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Adaptability to changes in processes and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple systems effectively and efficiently
- Ability to provide online navigational and technology support
- Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, WORD and EXCEL
Nice to have
- Group insurance knowledge
- Group annuity or pension administration knowledge
- Post-secondary education (i.e. community college, university preferred)
- Insurance course (i.e. LOMA) is an asset

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$46,000.00 - $70,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
